At KuteToys, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bellevueopticals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at bellevueopticals@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
